I seen this guy make his own miter table with these spring loaded 2x4 clamps but I cannot find anything like them on the net. pls help me track them down or provide proper name if you know what I am talking about.

ok basicly I think they are some type of scaffold clamp for 2x4. They are a metal clamp that you slid a 2x4 into by pressing down on the spingloaded teeth that hold the 2x4 in place. you can adjust the 2x4 to whatever hight you want and when you let go of the spring the teeth dig in.

What are these clamp called and where can i get a pair or two?

Saw Horse Brackets

Here is one.

Here is a another.

Also here

The above brackets use wing nuts instead of the usual screws. This one is the more familiar kind, which uses screws.

Nope but thanks for the links. It is not a saw horse clamp. imagine you can slide the 2x4 right through the clamp and leave it whereever you want along its length. The board comes out the top of the clamp.

My housemate, who knows these things, tells me this item is no longer made due to safety issues, he's sorry he can't think of the name at the moment and suggests that you look instead for something called a "Featherboard"
