Have you? Built a house of Straw that is....

I have been following the subject for a few years, nothing intensive. My searches really are not that productive, most of the sites are selling books - I would rather not have to until I find the book that fits my needs.

What I am looking for I guess is obscure sites on the subject of Straw Bale homes and Straw Bale construction.

Or for that matter, any one with any personal experience in this subject.

I remember reading some construction of this sort going on in the Mattawa, Washington area. You might see if you could find Mattawa, WA. Chamber on the net and ask. I thought they built migrant housing or a library from straw. Also some building of that sort going on in the farming area of Quincy, Washington.
