Have you used over-the-counter teeth whitening kits? Pros and Cons of it?

I have used them. Pros, they do whiten the teeth for a lot less cost then the dentist would charge. Cons, I think they are very annoying, but the technology is getting better and easier to use. Just follow the recommended advice of application and use and you should have no problems.
