A friend recently proclaimed that all priests are either homosexuals, pediphiles or Nazis. I know that's not true but I don't have any real basis on which to call him down. Do you know where I could find something - statistics, etc, to prove him wrong.

Since he made the statement, the burden of proof is on his shoulders. Ask him to prove what he says.

While not big on statistics, I did find these to be of interest on the subject. Really nothing on priests being NAZI's though. I hope you find some info in these links that might be of use.

I agree with Dorian, the burden of proof is on his shoulders. But it seems to me that a far greater percentage of priests would fall into the pedophile category than either the homosexual or Nazi category. And far greater than that are the priests who genuinely care and are trying to do right by man and their god. It is just that we hear about the bad priests and very rarely about the good priests that outnumber the bad.

Tell them they are right, But that is only on Tuesday afternoon. Laugh it off as not being serious. That usually ends that area of discussion. Try to talk of something positive, Like how a Priest should be? Keeping the area of religion in conversation, But a better conversation.
