Got it!

Agave or Maguey are similar to cactus, but they are not cacti. Specifically, the blue agave is the only agave plant allowed to make tequila in Mexico.

Both correct, Mozart! #3 and #7 are all that is left.

By the way, the only evidence about Connery's placing 3rd is his own statements. I looked extensively for any other proof, but found none. That is why I phrased the question as I did.
