Oh please.....your work is beautiful!

There are so many different styles and mediums for artwork. Its impossible to compare one person's talent with another.

I just am very proud of my mom and like to show off her work. Sher, when I finally get my house clean and invite you over, I will get out all the stuff she has done for me and show it to you first hand.

but your quality is just as good, but different. Hers is extremely detailed....but look at the great impressionists...not detailed like that at all....is theirs worse than hers?

Your mom has great talent! Smile On my dad's side of the family there were many artists too. My aunt and great-aunt were (and still are) skilled painters, and my dad was could produce excellent drawings.

As for me, I can't draw a straight line with a ruler. But I've been told I take photographs worthy of magazines and postcards. So I guess that's where the family artistic ability lies as far as I'm concerned. Smile

Hey Sher...PLEEEEZE don't compare your artwork with mine...or anyone else's! If you enjoy it, do it. That's why I draw and paint - 'cause I love doing it so much that I HAVE to do it. (I only make it a business because I have to pay the bills somehow) Art should be done from the heart...and forget how it compares to anyone else's...
