Where's the cheapest and best place online to buy good watercolor paper, like Arches cold press?

Catty...try dickblick - looks like their prices are about 1/2 of what MSRP is...

You probably already know the suggestions - but not less than 140lb (cold press/hard press - is a personal preference) and definitely go with something acid-free...

This site has Arches among many other quality brands.
