I am looking for high quality coloring and inking supplies that are excellent for the fine details required for coloring in manga/anime characters.Your suggestions are aprecciated for products that are good for what I need.

I'm not familiar with the coloring, but I'd try a craft place like Micheals or Jo Ann. They probably have all kinds of coloring tools to choose from. There are probably plenty of other places that you might have that you could find it at if you don't have a Micheals or a Jo Ann.

Are these pens like other fine pens or are they some kind of special tools?

Yes you might need them if you plan on doing High Quality Manga and Anime.Some of them are double sided,others are Alcohol based.With inking,you have to do it in Black because that's the only color it comes out on Photoshop and Other Graphics Programs(which I am just beggining to learn).

I think Arts&Crafts superstores might have the Double Sided ones,but I doubt they have Alcohol Based markers.

I just want to know what brands are supposed to be best for that type of drawing.

i did a bit of looking and called my uncle (profesional painter and drawer/sketcher) to see if this was ok stuff to recommend. He said yeah so hopefully this will help you out.
