The sites DG suggests are excellent. You might also want to try to find the following books on the subject. The first two should be available through your library: How to Draw Comics the Marvel WayHow to Draw DC Super HeroesThere is a very good series of books by Christopher Hart. These are very highly regarded by cartoonists: Christopher Hart booksFinally, have a look at the following sites, if you are interested in posting your art on the internet, and just learning more in general about fantasy art: Elfwood This site even has an art tutorial link. dg thanks for those links...I pointed my youngest toward a couple of them, since she has drawn some really impressive cartoon characters. I've suggested to her also, that she do some storyboards (strips) with her characters, and submit them to a local paper. iamjrosey, that could go for you too...it's not only the drawing, it's being able to make them into cute or funny strips that sells Good luck!
