Yes. The miniature poodle here, Ben, perhaps thinking proof positive is needed, has them even as I post this! He looks resigned and not discomfited .It is not unusual and soon passes ; just as well, as I've no idea how to cure it . Sudden shock?Cold key on the back of his neck? Drinking a glass of water 'backwards' from the opposite lip of the mug? Any ideas?!

Yeah. My puppy got them all the time when he was a baby. Not so much anymore.
