Ok, well in my Honors English class, we have to do a mock trial based on the book Frankenstein.

In our mock trial, Frankenstein's monster is suing Victor Frankenstein for negligence, malpractice, and physical and emotional distress.

I think our teacher got the idea here

I'm signed up as an ethicist for the side defending Victor, and I was wondering if anyone could point me towards any info that might be helpful in the trial, either directly for my use, or for the use of my team.

Thanks a bunch!
