I have so many dessert recipes cut out of magazines and those little books put out by Betty Crocker and all the other ones. Probably because when you flip through a magazine or are standing in line at the grocery, you think, mmmmmmmm, I want to try that.

I have lots of cookie, muffin, pie and cake recipes.

I posted for Lunch, Dinner & Desserts, 'coz I have lots of them.
I don't think I'd need recipes for Breakfast anyway, some cereal or bread and milk would be enough for my breakfast

I adore dessert! I have been known to spend months creating something new (yes, the failures have gone straight into the trash); I now have some pretty good personal dessert recipes.

My "can't do without" is The Cake Bible by Rose Levy Birnbaum. She explained the chemistry of baking so well, I was able to, finally, adjust all my failing sea-level recipes to high altitude (yes, Denver really IS a mile above sea level - 5,280 feet)

I love to cook. But I mostly do baking. I think my thing may be Cheesecake. I make several different kinds. I have posted quite a few recipes in the book, a few are ones I have created.

Like the saying goes -
