We don't have anything at the moment, but we're on the verge of having two large cedar trees between us and our neighbor cut down. We're going to have him cut them so about 3' of the trunk is still there (I don't want to take them out altogether since I have gardens around both trees), and then I'm going to go find the biggest birdbaths I can to attach to the trunks. I plan to expand the gardens so the make a circle around each tree trunk/birdbath, and by next spring it'll be beautiful - not mention we'll finally be able to grow grass in those areas. Although I don't mind the trees themselves, nothing (except my flower gardens) will grow under them. I'm also looking forward to the extra sun...we have alot of shade trees in our yard, and getting rid of these two cedars will allow more of the morning sun to come in.

I don't have a yard right now but if I did, I would use large boulders as ordiments. Also, old antique farm equipment can look nice in the middle of a nicely landscaped yard, like an old rusty plow or an old wagon wheel.
