I will almost always go for salad, but if the soup of the day is Minestrone, salad is history!

I really love GOOD soups!!

I make a wicked clam chowder.

I love any kind of soup except split pea. Yuck!!

I like either one, but when faced with that choice in a restaurant, I usually go for the salad.

I adore a good salad!
And I like to put all kinds of stuff in it, especially the stuff I can't get at home!

I like soup too but I would rather have a salad. I love to go to a great salad bar and pile my plate with everything I can get on it ( did you ever wonder why they dont give you big bowls instead of those darn plates?) My only trouble is I seem to forget that I CAN go back a second or even third time, and pile too much on my plate at once making it very hard to eat. You cant really mix things up on those stupid plates they give you

I get a salad at restaurants most of the time.
I like homemade soups too...

I usually get salad. I don't care for soups they serve in restaurants. I am a very picky eater so any soup with vegetables in it is out. Except Chicken Noodle, `cause I like carrots.

But I prefer my own homemade Cream of Potatoe Soup ...Yummy

The Deli I work at used to have this delicious soup called Tomatoe Basil Ravioli. It was very tasty. It had a tomatoe soup like base with mini cheese filled ravioli and basil. hmmmmm...but the compnay that made the soup, Soup Supreme, discontinued it!! I should try and make my own at home.

What about soup with salad? I love a nice hot lobster bisque with my salad from Steak and Ale. Also love Clam Chowder and especially Split Pea!

But can't stand chicken noodle, "chicken drop" soup or vegetable...blech!

I like some soups like chili, potato soup, noodle and tomato soups and vegetable beef but I do favor a salad.

On one side, Soup can be more filling. On the other side... french dressing....... Hmm. Cant decide!
