Hi,
Anybody know about both Corel-photo- paint and Adobe Indesign CS2 programmes? PLEASE HELP.I am in the final stages of computer processing a book and have come to a hurdle!
I am trying to touch up some fine line drawings I have scanned onto memory disc(Tiff, at high resolution [600 dpi]). Firstly, is Coral photo paint (as opposed to Correl draw) the best option ( I have both). Secondly, how do I improve the onscreen image resolution (i.e. make it the same as real life)? At the moment the screen image is very poor and this leaves me unable to touch them up(whereas they display very well when inserted in Adobe Indesign).

Also, my computer is doing some strange things; In correl photo paint the drawings display on a white/ transparent background. However, when displayed as previews in the folder (before I open them) they become white line drawings on a black background!Help! Also, my computer will ONLY LET ME MOVE A FEW OF THE DRAWINGS ACROSS into Adobe Indesign, and not all.I get a message saying; "Error encountered while reading TIFF image. Image may be damaged or incompatible. Resave the image with different settings and try again." (have treid this). I assume it is the latter problem since all images were saved in exactly the same way (it will cost a huge amount if I have to have them rescanned again!) and only some are effected. Any suggestions!

Many thanks, Rachel
