Dear bedstor, I thought I had said that the only button that shows for me is "Stop". The last one on the right. Nothing on the other buttons at all. Maybe I need to reinstall it, huh?
Thanks for responding.

I haven't got the program Catty but going from experience to save you downloading the program again from scratch would you have looked for an Update link in the Help or About links near to where the version information lies? This would normally overwrite the old program and save the "work in progress" file if any?
And there may be help here if you still are unable to get anywhere on this Program was going to post earlier
quote:Try a reset the buttons should reappear Check to see if the screen matches that in the link above? Then you can try a reinstall. tip: Try running this offline Some of these programs dislike running in a queue and they are shoved down the Task Manager list as Low Priority Hence the slow progress Ps Have you still Got EasyCleaner?(I gave you the link some time ago) It does the same jobs (and more) than EZcleaner Everything has Big clearly labelled buttons (and lots of Help files )unlike the EZcleaner program which seems cramped and the navigation (from what I can see)Looks awkward(uses "Frames" to set things up which is not for a beginner )
Keep the one you are using now but use the other link if you cannot get anywhere OK? I've seen a lot of similarly named programs and sites some are rubbish, others good value, Just a spelling mistake or a different extention (or country code)can send you on a wild goose chase Or find Gold Search engines like Google or Yahoo have many Parody clones Some are harmless Some are Spyware feeds These can be found in the manner I have described The best example(for a "gold" find) was visiting Jeeves as www.askjeeves.com Not www.askjeeves.co.uk and discovering the link to Answerpoint.com. That is why I am here Today

Catty, I think he meant wwww.answerpoint.ask.com (or was it ask.answerpoint...) Anyway, you probably remember. So he's talking about the answerpoint forums part of Jeeves.
