I'm working on Windows 2000 service pack 2. Looking to get rid of outlook express. Funny thing, it has system file protection all over it. As you know, that means I can delete all contents, empty the recycle bin, and immediately watch all of the icons reappear. I know there is some way to get rid of this permanently, I just don't know how. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or history with such things. There is no record of Outlook in "Add/Remove Programs", so that method won't work. Any help would be much appreciate, and the sooner the better! This is for an image that is going to be imaging about 700 laptops very soon. Thank you for your help! *JEFF*

You got it again Tom! I appreciate it so much. I should just have a direct line to your house! Honestly though..I do appreciate your helpfulness and willingness to help. After a little more searching I did find another way to override the protection..but then I had to start up in safe mode to actually delete all the contents. Thank you for your help too! Have a great day.
