Well, wordpad is missing...

Don't know why. Where is somewhere I can download/reinstall it?

Alot of other programs are missing as well..

try metal pad . go to pcworld and look under downloads just look around and you will find something that will apeal to ya

Depending on whick OS you are running, Word Pad is a Windows component. You can add or delete Windows components by going into your "Control Panel", then choose "Add or Remove Programs', then select "Add/Remove Windows Component". The Word Pad should be located under "Accessories & Utilities". You can now pick and chose which accessories & utilities you happen to be missing.
