Have you tried restarting your computer? Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling? If the uninstall won't work (Start/Control Panel/Add-Remove Programs), try another install starting with disk one, and so forth.
It is PRINTMASTER gold 15 THERE ARE 3 CDS TO THIS SOFTWARE. I installed all of the cds following the directions and now at the very last cd the program is not responding. I have windows xp yes I did try to restart the computer and uninstalling the software and starting all over again I even had copies of this software and tried with the oricd and the copies and it still stops and now the program is not responding. what can I do? the cd is still in the drive since this morning.

I doubt that you need all three CD's to do the install. I would guess that the last CD is a showing of all the various card graphics that are available and intended to be used from the CD from within the program. Have you tried opening the program from Start menu? Try that and see if it runs. There are many versions of Printmaster, but try this page and the troubleshooting section to see if it addresses your problem. Printmaster Gold NetworkingIf the program opens, click the Help menu/About Printmaster to get the program details and post again. Knowing for sure which complain makes the product helps; my assumption above is that Broderbund makes the Printmaster Gold program, but if it is some other maker, ignore the link to the troubleshooting page.
