Hello everyone. I am unfamiliar with how to use the remote assistance feature of windows xp. My grandmother (also using windows xp)currently has 2 user profiles. One classified as "administrator" and the other not. She would like me to access her computer from mine and delete the administrator profile (which would mean that I would have to change the status on the other one also). I know how to do this on a computer I am sitting in front of, but have no idea how to do this from several states away (or if it even can be done). Before I tell her it can't be done, I wanted to get feedback from others more familiar with this feature. Thanks.
