In an attempt to install sound drivers Realtek AC97 Audio for the sound card I am getting an "Install Shield Error"

Error Code: -5003 : 0x5
Error Information:
>SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp (1814)

Hi
It is frustrating when you get these

I'm assuming you have a copy of the driver to install?
I think its an overwrite problem they are conflicting

Try uninstalling the driver(in the Control Panel (Add/Remove programs) then installing the New version you have?
And see how that goes?
