Hey guys, I've been searching the web trying to find a software calendar application that fits my needs but have had no luck. Of course I should've come here first instead of last but here it goes. I need a calendar program that is in a spreadsheet type/Gantt Chart format (personnel and agencies listed down on the left column and days/months spread out across the top with a bar chart reference) that meets these criteria as well:
- will work through an intranet (could go internet as well but not as desirable)
- individuals and agencies can input their data from thier own work station (privileges assigned of course)
- Easy to use for input and deciphering the graphical representation.
- Can colorcode events by type and/or agency.
What we have now is outlook but doesn't give the graphical representation that is desired by something that can be hand jammed and created on a powerpoint slide. BLUF, I don't want to handjam. Anyone seen anything that may fit the bill?
bill, that one seems a bit severe for what I'm looking for. Besides, we have to have some compatibility with the Govt network that already exists. Appreciate the post though.
