Should i use the advanced setting when running Ccleaner

I do, and its never caused me any problems, when you click the "Advanced" box, the little windows pop up in the middle of the screen, just click yes or ok to each one.

A good thing to do and Its unaffected by updates, (there was a new one recently) is to move the cookies across which refer to Programs you uses often Like AP,Google Web portals (they Hold passwords auto logins)and Personal settings
Is easier than it sounds
Click on the Options Avatar, then the Cookies button to see the List which is in 2 frames the righ hand fram contain the Keeps and the Left hand Frame are the Items CCleaner will delete if instructed
They are Labelled by the way

All you do is click on the Item to Highlight it then move it to the other row by clicking the Arrow button
Don't do anything else just close the page when you are done
