I have a computer with service pack 1 and the computer tells me that service pack 2 is available and wants me to down load it. Do i really need service pack 2, its a really big download and i only have a dial up connection, i really dont want to tie up my phone for that long. any sugestions?

You can order a copy of XP SP-2 from Microsoft. Here is the link for the order site. It's a free CD that they will send to you.
