I don't want to deal with Symantec any more, can anyon recommend a good free Winfax alternative download?

Do you have Windows 98 running? If so, you can install the Windows Fax program: Winfax Lite

Fax Software on Windows 98 (Instructions from this site)

To Install

Insert 98 CD

Browse to CD

Go To tools\oldwin95\message\***COUNTRY***

Double click on wms.exe (installs windows messaging)

Double click on awfax.exe (this installs Winfax Lite)

Now Double Click on wms-fax.txt and learn all about it

If you're running newer software but you still have the Win98 CD, you can install it on your newer Operating System from the Win98 CD.
