I defragment and do various spyware, etc, scans every two weeks. This morning I can't find my defrag file. I looked in Programs....System Tools. The Disc Cleanup is there, but not the Defragger. I must have hit the wrong key at the wrong time...How do I get it back?

If you have your start menu set up where you have a 'run' command, click that and type in "dfrg.msc" without the quotes. This will open up your defrag application. If you don't have a 'run' command try searching for that msc file and double click it.

Just as an add-on to Kendor's great advice, you may consider creating a shortcut to that program on your desktop for future access.
