I scaned my computer with easy cleaner and i got lots of stuff with a green dot next to it, but it won't delete them, what's wrong

I didn't see any topics that exactly matched your situation, so your best bet may be to post a new question there.

EC is installed on my computer, though I seldom use it. It's great for weeding out unwanted startup programs that I had a hard time finding with Windows. Some of its "clear" functions really pack a wallop! (Think twice before blindly clearing all cookies in one fell swoop.)

I've never had the problem you describe with EasyCleaner so I can't offer much help here. Good luck with the company support forum. Hopefully you can just re-download it.

Try again There are 2 delete icons the one that says "Delete" deletes Any highlighted Item/s on the list Not Highlighted nothing happens
The Delete All button is next door to this on the Right
You are right Green Items can go Its RED Items that are NO-GO Stuff

I agree w/ bedstor that it's confusing for green to mean "OK to delete" in some instances. Try rolling the mouse over a colored button and look for pop-up text. Before it disappears in a few seconds it gives some information about the colors.

I tried both delete buttons but still won't delete, so i just use Ccleaner it seems to work good
