Thank you, Georgia, I have not tried that but I will. I preface all my "command keys" (the keys I type to run the AutoCorrect, which I'll call the "macro") with a numerical character to keep them popping up in the middle of words. For example, if the command keys are "as" I use "+as" to keep it from popping up in the middle of "was" and other such words. You may be using different keys, perhaps the F keys or the @, # or $ keys, but that would create the same problem, it seems to me. What keys do you use? Catty

OK. I've got it now. We're talking about two different things. You're using the AutoCorrect that's already there, that turns "WHen" to "When" and "endeavour" to "endeavor." I use those also, but I also make keys stand for other words and phrases, operating as a macro. For example, I have added several commands, such as "+tc" - it prints out "THE COURT" when I type it, and "+ce" spells "CROSS-EXAMINATION," "+V" spells out "VERDICT." I put tabs in whenever called for, punctuation, etc. Sometinmes I add whole paragraphs. Were you not aware you could do this, Georgia? Catty
