I need some advise about the Microsoft Office 2003, version for Students & Teachers. It appears to have Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint. Access is not included. Is it true that this version expires after one year? Any other advise about this item? No guesses, please.

Details here

the license is valid as long as SOMEONE in your household is eligible (see here for eligibility)

It does not include Access, as it is deemed to be a commercial usage product, with little use within a domestic environment
