Happy New Year to all!

My question is this, I'd like to find a site with support and downloads for Packard Bell computers made in America, which is one tough thing to find. I have been to the PB site in the UK, but they have no records of any of the comps that I've asked about. I'm assuming they only keep records of PB's made there. I have a PB MultiMedia S618 here, that I'd like to find more information on, but cannot find it anywhere on that site. I cannot find any support sites at all here in the States. I'd hate to have to find individual driver downloads for every single item needed when I get one of these comps, anyone know of a site that has PB drivers, and software archived? I've tried some personal sites to do with PB, like a Ray somebody's site, but most of the links to what I want on that site are dead. Thanks for any ideas!

I don't know about the software, but this site likely has your drivers:

http://www.driverguide.com/

It's free but you have to register.

I don't know if this is of any use the Parent Company of Packard Bell is NEC they also are a computer Hardware Supplier and perhaps they share drivers? Because in effect the Packard Bell models internally must be NEC components just the name is changed for marketing purposes
Like the US we get Packard Bells on the shop shelves but anything with an NEC sticker is an import, and sold at a different price Roll Eyes
You did know the Packard Bell Home page links to the NEC Home Page ,and they too have no North American site nearest is the UK site (mileage wise) Built in Scotland if you're interested Smile www.nec-online.com/
And GarColga is right the site he found is the best for finding the drivers you'll need, especially for the older models Cool

Yeah, I use Driverguide.com fairly often as it is too, they do have a great collection. I was mainly curious to see if there was a site maintained outside of the PB organization that had collected drivers and other software types for anyone to use. Thanks to you both for the ideas!
