I have been on hold for 40 minutes with MSN TechSupport - everybody's called at once, apparently. When I try to google it, all I get is an opportunity to purchase it. I've already purchased it, I want to reinstall. Used to have 3 of these disks but can't find.

Anyone know the URL to update or reinstall?
