If the WMAs are copy-protected (most purchased tracks are), there isn't an easy way to transcode them to mp3. However, you may be able to burn them to CD through Windows Media Player, then re-rip them from CD with another program to mp3.

If the WMAs are not copy-protected, Apple iTunes can automatically convert your entire WMA library to MP3 or AAC. To import to MP3, first change the preferences to use MP3 rather than AAC (default). Then drag and drop the folder containing your WMAs into iTunes. iTunes will then begin converting the entire batch, which may take some time.

Hope this was helpful!
