Actual Title Buttons Lite is a little program that adds extra buttons to any windows Title Bar.

On the right hand edge of your title bar, you already have three buttonsto minimize, maximize and close your window. This great little program
adds two more buttons.

One looks like a thumb tack and causes the window to stay on top of other windows. This is helpful to me when I am writing directions and
need to see what one window says while I am typing in another window.

The other button is a little black line. This button allows you to roll up the window so the only part of the window showing on the screen is
the title bar. This is helpful when working with many windows.

It is fairly easy to configure this program to add the buttons to any window you desire.

I have been using it now for a few days and find it really help full:

1.6MB is too much fro just that. And the task bar organizes all the open windows so no need for the shrink with just the title bar cuz it can get messy with too many open. But the always on top idea is good. But hard to configure. All the rules and stuff.

THIS is much easier. Just 24K for the ZIP file and 64k unzipped. Just download the zip file and open it. U'll have 3 files. One readme, one dll, and one EXE file. Double click on the EXE file and extract it anywhere. Then right click on the OnTop exe program that was extracted and create a shortcut to it. Goto Start, Programs, Startup, and copy the shortcut there. It will then automatically start with Windows on the taskbar in the area of icons by the clock. No rules to set in this one. Any window can be made on top. Just right click on the title bar of Internet Explorer for example and at the very botom it'll have the Always On Top option. No rules to define. Works with most windows.

But my WinDVD player window has it's own right click list so it won't work. But for that THIS works and is also under a meg zip and under half a meg installed. Only works on WinDVD once and if I double click the window to make it full screen it doesn't stay on top after I double click it again to go back to not full screen. One minor dilema, no bigee. Just have to topit again.

I just realized that Cloud9's thing in the second link does work for WinDVD even aftern going to full screen mode and back. U just have to start AppWatcher in the preferences. Nothing to configure just start it. Then the windown stays on top for ever until U say otherwise.
