I used Microsoft Access to create a database for the purpose of making labels. Ok, I created a table that has the following fields: name, address, city, state, zip. Then I go to "reports" and click on "new" I go through the label wizard and everything. The problem is, when I hit the button to preview the lables for printing, there is an error. Everywhere there should be the field "name", it says "#ERROR". The address, city, state, and zip fields are all there, and correct. It's only the "name" field that says the error. I consulted the help section, but none of the problems it suggested were wrong. I have done the wizard over and over, and checked everything, but can't find any reason that one field doesn't show up on the labels. Any idea what is wrong here? I need a solution asap. Thanks to anyone who can help me!
