Whilst trying to download a legit game from a legit site the download froze on my daughters log on. I had to hard reboot and now everything is ok on all user accounts bar my daughters. You can log on to her account but nothing with function and after a short time the desktop icons all vanish. You have to hard boot to recover. Easy way out is to delete account and create a new one but how do I do this and in doing so retain all of the attributes of her account?
