Why pay $$$'s or £££'s for technical software?
And find it's a waste of money and you only want to use it for the odd job
Well... These programs work identically to the pay versions and you can swap the "Save files" between them
Lets start the ball rolling with a spreadsheet program which is Identical to Microsoft Excel version Can utilise "MS Excel 4" save files
I know nothing at all about these programs
not even what is the current version
But I downloaded this for my niece who wanted MS Excel but I had wiped it off my computer ages ago so I did a bit of searching and after 10 mins work I found this site:

Nothing specific, but dowload.com and tucows both have a lot of free software.

One of the very best of the freebies, is AVG , anti virus put out by Grisoft.com....
It is so far superior over McAffe and Norton its not funny....
