I have a lot of LP music I would like to burn to CD so I can load them in to my CD changer.

I have MS XP.

I also have Pinnacle Studio 10 but not sure if that will do it.

Any recomendations before I buy something I won't like or overpay for bells a whisles I will never use?

I just want to record LP tracks to CD tracks.

Thanks gang

I use SoundForge 7 at home... the new SoundForge 8 trial version can be downloaded from THIS SITE . I'm sure there is the older versions available as Free-Ware...

Transferring my vinyl LP collection is something I've been planning to do as well. (I'd like to get it done before my turntable and phono preamp turn into doorstops like my Betamax players!) Thanks, Dwight, for a very helpful link to some very expert advice. Smile
