90% of all resource problems are caused by poorly written software, and in almost all cases it is spyware that causes the problems
Start off by downloading the following programs
Spybot &
AdawareInstall the two programs and update them
Run each adaware first, getting it to fix everything it finds, then do the same with spybot
You may need to reboot after scanning, as not everything can be removed when Windows is running
Now download
Hijack thisWhen you have done all that, Go into your documents and make a new folder and name it HJT or something you like. Then unzip HJT into your new folder. If you ever need to restore an item you will not have that option from a temp dir launch Hijack This, then press
Scan, and press
Save LogThis will generate a text file that will list all running processes, all applications that are loaded automatically when you start Windows, and more.
open that file
Go to
Edit | Select allNow click
Edit | copy to copy it
Do not change anything just yet
