When you apply the formatting to the second page, do it by highlighting the cells, not just by changing the settings for the whole page. Then it will only affect the cells highlighted and not the entire workbook.

What kinda formatting are you trying to do? If it's cell format then follow Mx2's instructions. If it's page layout such as margins and centering, header/footer, or print titles... that will apply to the entire workbook.
