you probably dont need a program to do that,
just delete your temporary internet files,
your cookies
and your history.

Well according to their website there are hidden files in Internet Explorer that don't get wiped out when you delete your temporary internet files, cookies and history, but this program will do it for you.

if there are other hidden files, other than cookies, history, and temporary internet files, then they probably are not taking up that much room, and deleting them will not give you that much more memory, and i would be skeptical about putting anything like that on my machine.

AND if you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, then you should not have to worry about it, they even say that on the website.
