My sister wants to know:

"I have a problem with Microsoft, and of course you can't contact them about it unless you're willing to pay for support. My copy of Office 2002 is licensed to me, but recently I've been getting a message every time I open Office or Excel, saying it isn't genuine. If it isn't genuine, how come they registered and licensed it in my name? Can you ask Robin or his wife how this can happen. Sure wish there was a direct email address to ask MS about it, but no dice.

Can anyone help?

And their email enquiry page is here Typical M$, they never keep it simple! Confused

Copy that address to http://tinyurl.com and get it down to an easy size to give to your sister
