12 apples
10 cubes of sugar..or to taste
1 quart brandy
1 quart boiling water
2 quarts Jamaican rum

Wash apples and place in a baking dish... don't peel or core the apples!
Bake at 350F until softened. Put the baked apples into a Crockpot.

In a medium saucepan dissolve the sugar in boiling water, stir in rum and brandy. Pour over the apples in the Crockpot and place lid on pot.
Set crockpot on low and don't let the mixture boil.
Allow to brew for at least 5 hours before serving.
