1 gallon apple juice

1 gallon apple cider

8 cinnamon sticks

2 cups brown sugar

1 fifth of everclear

1 fifth of vodka

In a large cooker, pour juice, cider, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Over medium heat bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes stirring occassionally. Remove from heat and allow to come to room temperature. Add everclear and vodka. Place in jars or bottles with lids. This will keep forever and gets better the longer it sits. Oh and by the way, a little dab will do ya Wink

Well this is interesting...here in GA if you buy apple cider at the grocery store it tastes just like apple juice....and if you compare the ingredients between the two they are exactly the same....

Thanks for the link! Now I know that if I want real American Cider not to buy what looks like apple juice even if it is called apple cider. I need to look for cloudy apple juice!
