Dogspit, it sounds like a red, white and blue shooter. Layer 1 shot of grenadine 1 shot of peach schnapps 1 shot of blue curacao It helps if you pour each shot over the back of a spoon to keep the colors from blending. Bottoms up!

Here is another one, but this one is kind of potent! Layer 1 oz of Aftershock 1 oz of Goldschlager 1 oz of peppermint schnapps In that order, using the same spoon technique. Cheers!

It's hard to tell but my guess is, in this order, grenadine, blue curacao, and cream. Doesn't sound very tasty.

'spit - As stated above, numerous combinations can be made this way. A sucessfull Pousse Cafe depends on two things: knowing the specific gravity (S.G.) of each liquor and layering the liquors properly. The spoon method is the traditional way, but if you are making several, buy some eyedroppers. I don't know if any of the more recent drink guides carry information on S.G., but if you can find a really old one, it should have quite a list. I used to make quite a few of these, and they're a pain in the a** for a bartender, especially some that require 5 or more layers. (I once made one with 9 layers. I still hate that guy.)

I use two straws to layer drinks, it works really well when you are trying to layer a drink in a tiny shot glass.
