1 cup Irish whiskey 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 4 eggs 2 tbs. vanilla extract 2 tbs. chocolate extract 1 tbs. coconut extract 1 tbs. powdered instant espresso coffee or other powdered instant coffee. (not granulated)
In a blender, blend whiskey, condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, chocolate and coconut extracts and powdered coffee at low speed until thoroughly mixed. Transfer to a bottle with a tight cover and refrigerate overnight or longer. Serve cold and shake well before using. This can be saved up to a month in the refrigerator.
