matt is currently juicing our apples, using a basic juicer.

we want to make wine from it, but all the ricipies we can find either call for using lbs of apples and covering with water and getting juice that way, or using store bought juice.

anyone know of any recipies that call for fresh juiced apple juice, no water or sugar added yet?
