That was very funny! But you'd be surprised how gullible people really are and how totally unknowledgeable!
I'll give you an example.
A young woman, about 10 years ago, began a relationship with a young man and got married.
A while later (several years into the marriage), she went to the doctor with severe abdominal pain etc.
At this time, she must have been in her 30's. Anyway, the doctor noted that she had NO VAGINA, that her husband had no noticed the discrepancy either and was using her urethra (the opening into her bladder) for the sexual intercourse and she had developed a Urinary Tract Infection.
How could a woman in her 30's, presumably with at least some Health training in school, not realize she was different in anatomy than other women. (Not to mention how dense her husband had to have been!)
This is a true story, in my own nursing training.
