I'm tuging back and fourth between what mulit vitamin would work best for me. If you choose other, please state the other brand that you like/use. Just polling avg. people here.

I use the Walgreens A thru Z Select. It compares quite well (potency / levels) with the others at a much more reasonable price (especially if you watch their sales). It also is not loaded down with Iron like many general formula vitamins (Men simply do not need the extra iron). I have also used One-A-Day's Men's Health Formula and was pleased with it.
I use Viactiv. It is a candy-flavored vitamin that I can eat and not have difficulties. (I recently had a gastric bypass and I can't digest most vitamins) LOL
It also tastes good.

I use a grocery store-brand that is identical to the One-A-Day's. For myself, I use the "weight smart" version because it has Vitamin K in it, whereas the regular Women's doesn't. My husband has the grocery store-brand that is identical to the Men's One-A-Day. But he never takes it. Sighhh. I also take garlic, and a fenugreek & thyme, but not every one every day. I rotate and take each every third day. And I take Viactiv, when I remember.

Since your body has to break down whatever it ingests into chemicals in order to benefit, what is the difference in vitamin brands that contain the identical dosages of identical vitamins? I always buy the cheapest brand that has what I want.

My wife goes to the GNC store during the period of time when they have a 20% discount. Loads up on a variety of supposedly beneficial things and dispenses them to both of us every morning. I just obey orders and swallow them. So far I seem to thrive, but I just try also to stay on a friendly basis with the little woman. I suspect that I'd do as well on a balanced diet, plus save a bundle.
