I wouldn't pay that price, but it's far from obsolete. I use floppies fairly often for transporting small files and zip disks (100 MB) frequently for transporting slightly larger ones. Of course, more memory would be nice, but provided the price is right (which I would say this isn't) 128 MB or 256 MB is a very useful size. Depending on the file format and quality, that could be 8 hours of music, 8,000 pictures, or an hour of video, not to mention the common needs of transporting relatively small word processing, database, and spreadsheet files to and from work.
