one of the partition named D: is not showing, it was showing last night. I dont know what had happened. may be the virus orsomeone had deleted it. how can i see that or how can i get my data back as my important data where in that drive.please reply me faset

man, that is a bad problem. if not showing, there is def something wrong. I'd reboot, then look again. minute you see it again, back up and then do a fresh install

its varry bad problem
1st remove the disk frm your computer then make sure you all ide pins are ok then use a diffrent ide cabel & install the disk in your system after all the partition dosen't show the down load recover my partition & recover your drive & send the virus name to me if it's possible

What anti virus program do you have? Norton, McAfee, etc? Right click on the "C" drive, and click Scan with (your antivirus) or Scan for viruses. If it finds anything, send it to the virus vault, or to Quarantine, or whatever option similar it gives you. after that is done, reboot, and see if your "D" drive is back. If not try System restore. What version of Windows do you have?
